This service is for those who have a full set of builders plans & elevations in a PDF format to give to us to work with.

Alternatively you are happy to provide us with a full set of detailed room sizes.

You will need to supply the following   

• A full complete set of pdf house plans, elevations & sections. (We require this to allow us to set up the room correctly and we need to see window sizes, ceiling heights etc. A plan only tells half the story)        
• A wishlist of your ideas, likes & dislikes.        
• A list of appliances you are intending to use.        
• Images from websites to better explain your ideas.
• If your kitchen is existing & you are sending sizes, a video of the space & some images would also be a great help.
• Contact details & phone number as we may have questions while we are working on the design.

From this a draft design is prepared & colour images are sent to you to consider. This is followed by a consultation to discuss the design with you after which we will make any revisions to the design based on your feedback. We then follow on with your final design pack which includes the following.

• A Fully detailed floorplan with notes & dimensions.
• Wall by wall 2D elevations with notes & dimensions.
• High quality 3D colour renders 

This detailed pack can then be given to your builder, plumber, electrician & kitchen suppliers subject to they checking dimensions on site for themselves.

Changes after final design pack is issued would be chargeable for the time needed to make the revisions.

We offer a home consultation service mainly in the Cork area. This is ideal if you are unsure about how your ideas are going to work or if the space is awkward and it would be better if someone came to have a look.

You might also be considering a small extension that does not require planning & you may want a set of plans for to consider.

This service includes the following

• Up to a 2 hour consultation to discuss your project in detail
• Full measurements taken of the spaces being planned
• Gathering of all your information & ideas.
